Report: Ailing Pavarotti expresses faith

AP - Luciano Pavarotti said he will remain optimistic until his death that he can overcome pancreatic cancer, in an interview with an Italian newspaper published Tuesday. The interview published in Corriere della Sera quoted Pavarotti as saying that the cancer was punishment for his good fortune.
