Michael Jackson Trial Delayed Due To Death In His Attorney's Family

LAUNCH - Michael Jackson's molestation trial won't be proceeding as scheduled due to a death in his attorney's family. Santa Barbara County Superior Court Judge Rodney Melville excused Jackson lead attorney Thomas Mesereau on Friday (February 4) so he could visit his gravely ill sister, who died the next day (February 5) of lung cancer at the age of 53.
