Alice In Chains Survivors & Nirvana Bassist To Play Tsunami Benefit In Seattle

LAUNCH - The three surviving members of Alice In Chains will reunite onstage for the first time in nearly nine years at a tsunami benefit in Seattle on February 18. Guitarist Jerry Cantrell, bassist Mike Inez, and drummer Sean Kinney will share a bill with Nirvana bassist Krist Novoselic, former Queensryche guitarist Chris DeGarmo, Heart lead singer Ann Wilson, and rapper Sir Mix-A-Lot at the nightclub The Premiere for the OK-ROCK Tsunami Continued Care Relief Concert. Proceeds from the event will go to the Care organization, which is dedicated to fighting poverty worldwide and helping people overcome their problems. The concert is being held by Seattle radio station KRQI.
