Reuters - The scenester's dream double bill of the Dears and Shout Out Louds looks great on paper. With both bands earning cool buzz for their current records, the three-week tour of big U.S. cities seems like a can't-lose no-brainer. Not on opening night Tuesday at the El Rey.
