Jackson judge allows lesser view of alcohol charge

Reuters - The judge in Michael Jackson's child molestation trial ruled on Tuesday jurors could find Jackson guilty of the lesser charge of providing alcohol to a minor rather than the felony of plying his then-13-year-old accuser with alcohol in order to abuse him.
