Franz Ferdinand sets fall North American tour

Reuters - Having nearly completed work on its second album, Scottish rock act Franz Ferdinand has unveiled plans for a month-long North American tour, beginning Sept. 20 in Chicago. The group is expected to return for more shows early next year.
